To be responsible for the day to day operational management in the provision of care and support services for elderly people with EMI and dementia. To ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements, are adhered to within the defined timescales.You will also be responsible for overseeing staff development and recruitment.
Person Specification
You will need previous experience with care home management, excellent communication skills and a desire to learn new skills and progress in your career.
